My focus -- therapy that honors your unique journey.
Hi! I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating grief, burnout, parenting struggles, or major life transitions. Maybe you’ve always felt a little different—easily distracted, overwhelmed by “simple” tasks, struggling with motivation—but it wasn’t until recently that you realized your brain works differently.
Maybe you're carrying the deep ache and grief of pregnancy or infant loss, a loved one, or a beloved pet. Or perhaps you're bearing the burden of exhaustion of balancing work, caregiving, and your own emotional well-being.
Whatever you’re carrying, you can feel safe to set it down, here.
I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to have a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported—without pressure or judgment. My hope is to provide that for my clients. Together, we’ll make sense of what feels heavy, find ways to ease the weight, and help you move forward in a way that feels true to you.
Therapy with me is like sitting with someone who genuinely wants to understand what life feels like for you. My approach is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth, drawing from evidence-based practices like mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help you build coping strategies, resilience, and self-compassion.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to figure it all out before you begin. We will navigate it together.
